Write a blog post about how and why you consume news-
-I consume news by reading articles online when I have spare time. These sites mainly include Daily mail, MSN, and BBC news etc. The reason why I visit these news site is, they are free and shows news which are different and not similar to each other.I find reading news online easier as, when you type a specific subject a list of articles comes up quickly. I sometimes consume the news from the TV which is rare but, majority of the time I use my phone to get the news as, some phones have built in news app which keeps you updated of what is going on all around the world. News which are consumed online are effective as, you can be selective in what you want to read while, newspapers aren't as you have to read in what the company printed out. I only read the news about one or two times in a week just so I can keep updated in what is going on around me. My family members including me don't buy newspapers as, we can access news in numerous ways. Buying newspapers can be a waste of money as, free news can be read online without having to physically read it. The reason why I consume news is, it tells me what is happening in different parts of the country. Without reading the news, I won't know what is happening and be unaware of certain things. I don't really read non-news site as, I rather read a variety of news stories from a news site. This is because when I read news, I like to read a variety of different news as the headline might seem intriguing.Task- Pros and cons
